This policy explains what information the ASH Media Portal collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this portal and the media it delivers. If you have questions, contact us at info@ashproductions.com.
To connect media to the right studio, the portal receives the studio name, routine names and numbers, and the studio code from our event registration and scheduling systems.
When a studio code is entered and media is downloaded, we record delivery activity: the studio code, the event, routine, album, or file involved, the number and size of files, the time, and your device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop). We use this to confirm that media was delivered, help studios that contact support, and plan storage and capacity.
To protect studio codes from guessing and the support form from abuse, we temporarily record the IP address of failed code attempts and support submissions. Our web servers also keep standard access logs, including IP addresses, for about 14 days for security and troubleshooting. We do not use any of this for advertising, and we do not run third party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
When you contact support we collect your name, email address, your message, and your studio code if you provide one, along with any replies our team sends.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies. A session cookie keeps the site working while you browse. A studio code cookie remembers your code for up to 90 days so you do not have to re-enter it on each visit; choosing "Change code" removes it. A preference cookie remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies.
The portal delivers event photographs and video, which often show performers who are minors. Children do not create accounts or provide personal information to use the portal, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and want media of your child removed from the portal, or you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information through a support request, contact us at info@ashproductions.com and we will remove it promptly.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run the portal:
Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the safety of others.
Event media is typically available until October following the end of the season. When an event is removed from the portal its media is deleted from storage. Delivery activity is kept so we can report on and support past events. Support records are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and any follow up. Temporary IP records from code attempts and support submissions are deleted after about a day, and server access logs after about 14 days.
The site is served over encrypted connections. Original files are stored privately and are delivered only through short-lived download links after a studio code is checked. Treat your studio code like a password: anyone who has it can view and download that studio's media.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including support records and delivery activity tied to your studio code. Contact us at info@ashproductions.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and we will honor those requests as required.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version here.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ASH Media Portal and the photos and videos delivered through it. By entering a studio code or downloading media you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
The ASH Media Portal delivers event photos and videos to studios that registered for Artists Simply Human events. Media packages are included with or purchased through event registration, not through this site. The portal itself sells nothing and does not take payments.
Each registered studio receives a studio code after registration closes. The code gives access to that studio's own routines and to the event photo albums for the events the studio attended. There are no user accounts; the code is the key to your media.
Your studio is responsible for its code. Share it only with the dancers, families, and staff it is meant for, and do not post it publicly. Anyone who has the code can view and download that studio's media. We may change or deactivate a code at any time, for example if it has been shared publicly or misused. If you have lost your code, ask your studio director or contact us.
The photos and video are licensed to you, not sold. Copyright in the photographs and video remains with Artists Simply Human.
Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, print, and share media delivered to your studio for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes posting to your personal social media accounts.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the media. You may not remove or obscure any watermark or credit, or share your studio code or download links so that people outside your studio can obtain the files.
Preview images and video clips shown on the site are watermarked and reduced in quality. Downloads are the unwatermarked, full quality originals. You can download individual files, a whole routine as a ZIP file, or every routine for your studio at an event. Use the download buttons on the site; scraping or other automated access is not permitted.
Event media is typically available until October following the end of the season. When an event is removed from the portal its files are deleted and can no longer be downloaded. Please download your files promptly and keep your own backup copy. We cannot guarantee we will be able to restore media for an event that has been removed.
Media packages are paid for as part of event registration. Questions about charges, refunds, or what a package includes are handled under the registration terms for that event. If media you expected is missing, incorrect, or will not open, contact us at info@ashproductions.com, and we'll contact you promptly to resolve the issue.
Performers appearing in the media, or their parents or legal guardians if the performer is a minor, may request that specific media be removed from the portal. Contact us at info@ashproductions.com and we will remove it promptly. Removal does not recall copies already downloaded.
If you believe content on the portal infringes your copyright, contact us with details of the work and the material in question and we will review and respond.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the portal, guess or share studio codes you are not entitled to, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any media or system, probe or test our security, use automated tools to access or download content, or use the portal in violation of any law. We may block access or deactivate codes that are used in violation of these terms.
We work to keep the portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the portal, including specific media or events, at any time.
The portal and its media are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artists Simply Human will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the portal. Our total liability for any claim relating to the portal will not exceed the amount paid for the media package that gave you access.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version here. Continuing to use the portal after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
